| May 24th, 2012 Fathom and Kaman Take Home Silver and Gold from Ad Club of Connecticut Awards ShowLast night, at the 58th Annual Ad Club of Connecticut Awards show, Fathom took home three top awards. The company was recognized with two silver awards for work with aerospace industry leader Kaman and a gold for the team’s own website, Fathom.net. “It’s great to be honored for our work because it also means recognition for our clients and everyone at Fathom," said Ben Callaghan, Fathom Art Director. "For us, it reinforces that our best work comes from truly collaborative relationships where earned trust from both sides is developed. This allows us the freedom to create something completely unexpected and beyond what either party could have initially imagined.” The Kaman website won a silver for the Interactive/Online/Digital category. A silver was also awarded for “We Are Kaman,” a video produced with the help of two of Connecticut’s top creative pros, Derek Dudek and Bob Dennis. The Fathom website took home the gold for the Agency/Designer Self-Promotion category. Bruce Kaechele, Ben Callaghan, Jonathan Abel, Jennifer Ford and Katherine Gill from Fathom attended the awards show on behalf of the team. The show was held at the Curtis Cultural Center in Meriden, Connecticut. The Ad Club of Connecticut Annual Awards recognizes the best work by Connecticut’s advertising and marketing firms. This year over 80 awards were given out across 40 different categories that included Best in Industry, Creative Excellence and all areas of digital and print design channels. |
