Ryan Rose embodies forward motion. Entrepreneurial, precise and progressive, he is singularly gifted in seeing beyond the horizon and being the first one out in open waters.

Ryan may not be the first one in the group to speak but when he does it's clear that fresh ideas, strategies and solutions have been brewing for some time. As Fathom's VP of Technology, he develops new processes for improving workflow and architecting technology infrastructure, all the while refining the company's strategy, product roadmap and technical architecture at the back and front ends.

What Ryan gives his team is his business smarts and bar-none problem solving skills, the same that help him master his own independent development projects. A former wrestler and faithful Syracuse grad, Ryan spends his off-time working on his family's new house and taking spunky Dachshund Chloe for many (albeit short) walks.
