For Molly Dwyer, being a creative thinker and tech savvy are happily dueling forces. Fathom has found that letting Molly exercise both bents is best for all involved.
In her role, Molly manages strategic work and creative projects. Her natural inclination for knowing when to turn the creative switch to "on" and put the tech side on hold (and vice-versa) makes her a nimble addition to the account team. Her fresh perspective and need for harmony between divergent worlds is applied to everyday and long-term solutions, allowing relationships to stay happy, healthy and in balance.
Her background includes a marketing communications position at NASDAQ OMX, where she facilitated the creation of an intranet website. There she found an all-encompassing journey that included leading the project, generating content and helping to design the website architecture. She also earned her chops in the marketing world, first in public relations for agency Callanan & Klein Communications in Massachusetts, where her favorite project was managing EarthFest, and then as a blogger for a CBS TV station.
Molly graduated Simmons College in Boston, Mass., with a BA in Public Relations and Marketing Communications. An avid runner, vegetarian and yogi, Molly has vowed to run a road race each month during 2012 and has a blog, Lessons from Elephants, where she writes about anything that tips her creative or techie hat.
