When asked what most excites him at work, Joe answers, "people." Given his position as Director of Web Development, such a response proves somewhat surprising. That is, until you meet Joe.

Joe lives to help. From the moment his workday starts, Joe is trouble-shooting client questions, conferencing with account managers to plan new projects, and mentoring design and development staff on matters ranging from web to print production. He is an advisor, a mentor and an ally to all. Thanks to his design experience in both web and print, plus his many years leading the web dev team, he knows just how to aid everyone.

Joe's people-oriented nature carries through to his web development ethos: he helps to design usable, navigable websites that get the job done in a way that never puts the user in the corner.

A raging Sox fan, Joe enjoys being with his family, playing with his kids, coaching Little League, volunteering in his community and beer connoisseuring. And when this notoriously even-keeled team member needs to blow off some steam, the batting cage is where you'll find him.
