Manager, Administration & Accounting
As Fathom's linchpin for Administration and Accounting, it's Donna's business to keep us on the straight and narrow. Responsible for many of the things that allow Fathom to thrive, she balances the books, pays our bills and interfaces with clients daily. Essentially, Donna makes sure that finances are in order so that everything else can be too.
Donna deals with the nuts and bolts of Fathom's financials, but it's within her personality rather than her role to go beyond that. Because she's both analytically skilled and naturally nurturing, she also stands in as HR advisor. Donna ensures that the team feels like their questions are answered and that they can consult an ally with their best interests at heart and solid information at hand on all of their employee benefits decisions.
When she isn't helping Fathom flourish, Donna is working in her garden, feeding her love for flowers and enjoying motherhood.
