Derek Donofrio
Project Manager

As an after-hours athlete, nobody knows better than Derek that teamwork is the foundation of any star maneuver. Derek calls upon his background in Communications Sciences and his hands-on experience coordinating major fundraising events to help Fathom give clients what they need, from listening and organizing to shepherding a project from beginning to end.
As an advisor for Fathom's clients and projects, Derek's job is essentially to be the best multi-tasker ever. What he brings to clients and his team alike is the ability to listen and clearly articulate wishes, deadlines and needs on both sides so that they can be addressed with creative and strategic direction. Although his responsibilities at Fathom call for a level of organization that might prove daunting to lesser men, Derek relies on spontaneity, innovation and a fair amount of humor to keep our clients feeling heard.
An avid football fan, Derek spends his non-Fathom time rooting for the New York Jets and managing several Fantasy Football teams. He enjoys playing volleyball, running, biking, and, most recently, golfing. Derek also spends a great deal of time volunteering for Easter Seals as a graphic designer, and as co-chair of the Volleyball Marathon Planning Committee and coordinator of media for the Annual Crystal Ball in Hartford, Connecticut. Derek served as a board member of the Advertising Club of Connecticut, and is a member of Hartford's Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs (HYPE).
